In March 2026, to mark International Women’s Day, the DICE Forum conducted a focused training on Inclusive Leadership Development, bringing together emerging leaders, professionals, and change-makers.
The session explored the principles of equitable leadership, unconscious bias, and the importance of inclusive decision-making in both institutional and community settings. Through interactive discussions and real-world case studies, participants were encouraged to rethink leadership through the lens of inclusion—ensuring that women, youth, and marginalized voices are not only represented but actively shape outcomes.
The training reinforced DICE’s commitment to building leadership that is both responsible and responsive to the diverse realities of society.
